The last six months have literally saved my life. Had it not been for Nate and the BMB community I would have never achieved the results I have. I started this programme in a tough chapter of life and to be honest, when I got on a call with Nate I wasn’t so sure that I was going to take action. I have tried to do this many times before and got nowhere. If I had got results they were short-lived anyway. I can’t believe that this programme is as good as it is. I can just see the best it is bringing out of every fella that walks through it. I have gone from being stuck in a rut to taking ownership of everything in my life. This is down to having this programme transform how I look and more importantly how I feel. Here’s to Building the man.
